DoucheFLUX has been helping for 10 years those living in precarious circumstances including migrants and homeless people. People can go there to relax with free Wi-Fi on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 08:30 to 16:00. Wednesdays at the same hours are specified for women only.
People can take a shower on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 08:30 to 14:30, Saturdays from 10:30 to 14:30, and Wednesdays from 08:30 to 14:30 (only for women) with 1€ and receive soap and a clean towel as well as socks, a t-shirt and underwear in a package for free. Maximum 15 persons are allowed in the building at the same time.
Their laundry service is available on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 08:30 to 11:00 and Saturday from 10:30 to 12:00. Wednesdays from 08:30 to 11:00 are only for women. The price is €1 per 3kg.
They offer different health services:
From Tuesday to Friday at 10:00 - 12:00 without appointment and free of charge with registration at the reception. Wednesdays are for women only at the same hours.
Tuesdays at 12:45 - 15:00 and Saturdays at 10:30 - 15:00, Wednesdays at 14:15 – 15:00 only for women, without appointment and free of charge.
Fridays at 13:00 - 16:00 for everyone. Free and only with medical prescription.
Every 2nd Thursday of the month from 10:00 to 12:00. You need to register at the reception with the price of €1. The service is at the address of Rue de Veterinaires 84, Anderlecht (+ 32 2 319 58 27).
DoucheFLUX took the initiative to collaborate with Dentalmobilis for a dental care screening project on 24/08/2021 as a critical issue for homeless persons.
They also offer free legal aid on Tuesdays from 13:00 to 15:00.
